Agent-Native Workflow Repositories to Watch

Agent-native workflow repositories are often published by individual developers before they become popular. They may not use the word workflow, so discovery should look for artifacts such as AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, SKILL.md, hook files, command directories, and MCP configs.

Repository Signals

Fresh repositories deserve attention when they include strong artifact evidence, a runnable example, clear permission boundaries, and recent commits. Stars are useful for established automation, but they should not be the main signal for personal releases.

Risk Review

Watch for unclear licenses, hidden credential assumptions, shell execution, external writes, and missing tests. A repository should stay in pending review until at least one workflow artifact can be inspected.

Discovery Sources

Useful GitHub searches include AGENTS.md Codex, Claude Code hooks, opencode agent, MCP workflow, Hermes skill, and OpenClaw hook. Social links can provide leads, but GitHub remains the source of truth.
